Instruction:
- Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar Coded) in the conference area.
- Registration is mandatory for speakers and for delegates and students presenting papers/posters.
- Certificate form HOD is mandatory for student's registration.
- Spot registration by cash only. (Availability of kit not guaranteed).
- Workshop seats are limited and its registration is subjected to availability of seats.

Cancellation Policy:
- 50% refund if cancelled before 31st July 2023
- 25% refund if cancelled before 30th September 2023
- No refund if cancelled after 1st October 2023
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
- Conference Registration is mandatory for registration in workshop.
- PG Students to submit letter from HOD - Head of Department/Institute
- Accompanying persons & children will not be allowed to the scientific sessions.
- All children above 5 years of age have to register as accompanying person.
- Children below 5 years of age have to be registered (free of charge) for logistics and security reasons, & have to submit their age proof along with the registration to the Conference Secretariat or you can send scan copy on mapcon2023@gmail.com

- Registration is not transferable.
- Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration
- All payments should be in form of “Demand Draft / at par cheque / in the favour of “MAPCON 2023” payable at Nagpur. Organizing Committee is not liable in any form in case of changes in dates due to unseen reasons.
- Delegates can register online on www.mapcon2023nagpur.com (Card/ Net banking charges will be applicable at 3% of the Total Amount.)
- Online registration will be closed on 15th October 2023
- All Remittance/Bank Charges/online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate.
- Accompanying person registration is mandatory for registration in Banquet & CME.
- Spot registration will not be guaranteed Conference Kit and Gift.
